Covid booster vaccines available
*COVID-19 booster vaccination for patients of Kilmoganny Health Centre aged 16-60 will take place next Tuesday 11th January & Thursday 13th January. Appointments can be made by phoning 051648007 or online at https://calendly.com/kilmogannyhealthcentre .
It must be 3 months since your last COVID-19 vaccination and you must not have had COVID-19 infection within the past 3 months. Please bring your PPSN.
Your EU digital COVID Certificate will be updated following vaccination.

Directions: The health centre is located between the post office and the community centre in Kilmoganny, Co. Kilkenny. Car parking is available in the Church car park.

Dispensing arrangements:The practice dispenses regular monthly medication to GMS patients. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to issue repeat medications and prescriptions, to minimise patient delays.

Most health issues are best dealt with in the surgery. If a house call is needed, please contact the surgery as early as possible that day.
Confidentiality: Your medical records are held in the strictest confidence. This practice is computerised and registered under the Data Protection Act.
Zero tolerance: No abuse of doctors or staff is acceptable, whether verbal or physical. Any such behaviour by a patient will lead to removal from the patient register with immediate effect.
The practice is a member of the Callan/Kells/Kilmoganny Primary Care Team. Patients can access Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Dietitian services through the Primary Care Team.
